Mr. Dileep Khatana is the Director of Redelux Khatana Solar Green Energy Pvt. Ltd., a fast-growing company in the renewable energy sector. With strong expertise in large-scale solar (MW-level )project development, he has successfully contributed to the execution and management of multiple ground-mounted Rooftop & industrial solar power plants.
His core strength lies in EPC (Engineering, Procurement & Construction) services, project planning, site execution, and client relationship management. Under his leadership, the company focuses on delivering high-quality, cost-effective, and sustainable solar energy solutions.
Ramchandra
Ramchandra is a dynamic solar energy professional with extensive experience in EPC execution, project management, and large-scale solar installations. With a strong focus on delivering end-to-end solutions, he has successfully managed projects from initial planning to final commissioning, ensuring quality, efficiency, and timely execution. He began his career with Enerture Pvt. Ltd., where he built a strong foundation in the solar industry through hands-on project execution. Currently, he serves as Director at Redelux Energy Pvt. Ltd. and Redelux Khatana Green Energy Pvt. Ltd., leading project execution, strategic planning, and business development across multiple solar projects in India.
Rahul Saini
Rahul Saini is a dedicated professional in the renewable energy sector, serving as a Project Manager specializing in the development and execution of large-scale solar power projects. He focuses on transforming sustainable energy concepts into fully operational, high-performance solar installations that contribute to a cleaner and greener future. With extensive hands-on experience in ground-mounted solar systems, Rahul oversees the entire project lifecycle—from initial planning and site analysis to design coordination, procurement, construction, and final commissioning—ensuring every project meets strict quality standards, safety protocols, and timelines.
