Frequently Asked Questions

Everything first-time solar buyers ask us — answered plainly.

As a working rule, every 1 kW of rooftop solar needs about 80–100 sq. ft. of shadow-free area. A typical 3 kW home system therefore needs roughly 250–300 sq. ft. Our site survey confirms the usable area before we finalise the design.

Residential rooftop systems are eligible under the PM Surya Ghar Muft Bijli Yojana. We register your application, coordinate with the DISCOM-empanelled process and complete the documentation on your behalf.

A residential system is typically installed in 3–5 working days after material delivery. Commercial and industrial plants run on a milestone schedule, generally 4–12 weeks depending on capacity and approvals.

Most commercial installations pay back in 3–4 years and residential systems in 4–6 years, depending on tariff, consumption pattern and subsidy. Systems are designed for a 25-year performance life.

Yes, output reduces but generation continues on diffused light. Annual estimates already account for seasonal variation, and grid-tied systems draw the balance from the grid seamlessly.

Mainly periodic module cleaning and an annual electrical inspection. Our AMC plans cover scheduled cleaning, thermal checks, inverter servicing and remote performance monitoring.

Yes. If we design your system with a hybrid-ready inverter, storage can be added later without reworking the array. We advise on this during the proposal stage.

Modules carry a 25-year linear performance warranty and 10–12 year product warranty, inverters 5–10 years, and our workmanship warranty covers structure and installation for 5 years.
