Quotations & estimates

Savings figures, generation estimates and calculator outputs are indicative. Binding commercial terms are issued only in a signed written proposal after a site survey.

Subsidies & approvals

Government subsidy eligibility, amounts and timelines are governed by the relevant scheme and DISCOM. We assist with documentation but cannot guarantee scheme outcomes.

Warranties

Module, inverter and balance-of-system warranties are provided by the respective manufacturers. Our workmanship warranty covers structure and installation as stated in your contract.

Limitation of liability

We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from grid conditions, force majeure, unauthorised modification or lack of prescribed maintenance.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Indian law, with jurisdiction of the courts at Jaipur, Rajasthan.
